The door gets closed at 3 pm sharp
The branch manager himself told me that we dont have stationary backup here
If our black passbook is over then it will take at least 7 to 10 days to get a new one
Same goes with passbook printing machine
And don't even try the ATM machine after the bank working hours

I got the experience of waiting 1hr as I reached early by 9am for my work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience in my life. The branch manager was ineffective, Useless and senior staff member were arrogant (not all).
As opposed to providing assistance to the customers, they do not even listen and comment personal things about education and salary.
I already had complaint, lets see.
I strongly oppose to put your money in this branch.
I had wasted 2 days and more then Rs.3000+.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever i have seen in my life! Better go with any private bank! Visited almost 30 times a week but always takes more than 2 hours to complete the work! One of the most worst staff i have seen with no knowledge! I request don't ever open account with this bank!
