I've opened a bank accnt and they said to collect atm card after 1 week. But its been 2 months and they didn't notify me about the atm card till now.

Too lately they will do and they are simply enjoying in bank... They are not doing or looking after the customer issues...
For 1hr work they will take 3days and simple makes us to visit the bank multiple times...
