★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical government bank..... Anytime you go you will not find staff sitting on their counter, you have to find who and where is the concerned person..... Very slow service... Each and every staff is lethargic and also dumb....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must admit that it is one of the best Public Sector Bank. Very prompt service. Accessible staffs. This bank even provides all services for a minor account too like Debit Card, Cheque Book, Internet & Mobile Banking, etc. I recommend everyone to open an account in it if you are looking for a PSB. In case, if staffs are not able to solve your problem (which is quite rare), Email it to their Departmental Heads in their Headquarters at Nariman Point, their email address is easily available on Union Bank of India's Website and then your problem gets solved within hours if it is a business day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drastically Slow Services Even After one month of opening account no sight of debit card and online banking password. you have to fill numerous forms with repitative information. Staff is pathetic and Rude Attitude take it or leave it kind of service . opening account in this banks is a Major mistake. best to stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service, I filled the form for senior citizen of my neighbor and they went for account opening but the bank did not accepted the form saying mother name and father name not filled. Please fill and come. So the senior citizen came back home and approached me again. Atleast Respect senior citizen UBI please.
