★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Mira Bhayandar near Gcc club. Very close to municipal vegetable market. Many salons and other utility shops are available near by. Close to ATM. Direct access to the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway. Usually crowded in the evening. Close to Auto Rickshaw Stand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality is good as well as the Architecture. Location is also prime in Kanakia road. Shops are planned at the ground level. Dedicated car parking is provided. However disappointing is no amenities provided. Taking into consideration over-all Architecture n construction quality it's a bit pricey. Provision for 24 hour bmc water supply. Metro also planned in nearby locality n well connected with Highway.

Cons
Without society lots of problems and confusion, builder and broker says no society yet but while shifting security guard says we have to take permission with society and know oke know who are thy.
Lots of attitude in security guards who is main (supervisor) & otherd come to ur place for money without helping you anyway.
No Dish TV allowed of any brand
No network, we have to come to window side to speak to anyone and we have to keep our phone on widow to receive calls.
Whoever is planning to buy or rent think and check all these, Sharing with personal experience

High rise building 22+ floors amazing ambience. Like podium and parking.This project contain huge club house also.High cost flat price you can Compare to locality.Spacious project.. Shop are also there During monsoon session water logging problem is not there. Auto stand is near to this apartment. School near by

I am giving 4 star because of design and architecture view of building.
