It’s 5 months since the owners responded that they would be moving away. But noise and sound levels have gone from bad to worse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the place for racing in the middle of residential societies. Only because if this racing track the 150ft road connecting varthur and gunjur is in jeopardy. Stop visiting this racing track/cafe so that the owner shuts down the place that he has been saying he would do since months
Response to owner: So was graphite india in whitefield. Supreme court ordered it to be shut down because it was causing nuisance to residents.
You might have set up shop first but it is in city limits now and the area is designated as residential zone as per CDP of Bengaluru. Start looking for some other place much outside the city before it's too late!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are willing to support an owner who has no regard for the societies located around this place and has no problem lying to those who are affected by the loud noise produced by this track, then by all means go ahead and visit. The extremely high levels of noise produced by this track are disrupting the life of those nearby ,and when people questioned the owner they replied by saying they will be shifting within a month .It has been well over a month and there are no signs of this disruption stopping. To anyone reading this if you have even an ounce of care for those around you I plead you to not visit this place.

Well maintained place, very hygienic, ample parking space, ample space with AC facility, glass room views to watch the races or practice sessions, garden area where family and friends events can also be done, Cafeteria with tasty food, hygienic restrooms for men and women . Staff very kind and humble and helpful. Amazing place for bikers,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice space in the city If you are up for a mini adventure. The staff is well spoken and helpful. They have their in-house cafe also for some quick bite. But I feel they need to increase their availability of cars and atv since when we went they did not have it.
