★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some employees are very bad in behavior including peons . Space inside the bank is small. Working rate of all staffs are extremely slow. Not caring about people in cue. Updating machine didn't working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is quite good. But the entrance is not good. The narrow staircase is difficult for old people. Bank's staffs are efficient, however the baning service sometimes takes some time.
Wiki says, United Bank of India (UBI) was an Indian government-owned bank headquartered in Kolkata, India. Presently the bank has a three-tier organisational setup consisting of its head office in Kolkata, 36 regional offices and 2054 branches spread all over India. However, its major presence is in Eastern India. The bank has three full-fledged overseas branches, one each at Kolkata, New Delhi and Mumbai. United Bank of India now aims to expand its international activities.
The bank has now been merged with Punjab National Bank & Oriental Bank of Commerce. Hence as of now, the services are being upgraded & amalgamated.

This bank does not deserve even 1 star.
Behaviour of the employees is very rude.
Their attitude be like 'I am the CEO, why do I care about u'.
Very poor communication skill.
Service becomes worst after turning into PNB.
I don't know that how could this people crack the interview. I think they became actor in the interview.
After that show real self while working in the field.
