★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Of the worthless, least customer friendly branch. People will be in queues always. After 9 months of migration to pnb they are more worse with significant lack of knowledge people and infrastructure. Only one or two good person are there who will clear cheque quitely and with patience to do work. Bank needs to understand customer base and plan people accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is quite correctly given on the map, near Bijoygarh 6 No. but unlike any other govt bank, their service is also much poor . The stuffs are over all helpful but during covid 19 you almost have to wait from 1 -2 hr in line to enter the bank which is pathetic, especially for old people. You can't open bank account almost 1 or 2 months due to pandemic. They don't even care for the senior citizen customers. No sitting arrangements or anything for them outside the bank office. Some of the stuffs are very ill behaved and the branch manager isn't that good. They keep changing the manager almost after every 6 months. The don't offer good customer service. Only once or may be twice in a week you can be able to update your passbook, within a limited time which is the saddest part. The entrance at ground floor is wheelchair accessible but after the that there is long stairs and the bank is on the second floor, so it becomes totally inaccessible . They have net banking facilities. If you want you have to collect the form from there.
Specially mention: they are not maintaining any kind of social distancing or temperature checking or sanitation during pandemic.
