★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. I never saw any improvement over the years. Stuff behavior is helpful and number of stuff is also not sufficient..long queues, unprofessional behavior, slow working style etc are common thing. They should recruit young candidate and make the service better..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst banking service.. Only cash deposit and withdrawal service are open.. No other service are developed after merging with PNB.. Staffs are just come to make fun nothing else... Please closed these branch or improve the services.. We are the sufferers..
Mostly stuff's behavior is a great news...
In bengali "no. 1 chotolok"...
