Often they say their server isn't working and the print machine for passbook entry isn't responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so uncooperative ...and whenever I visit in their branch their sever never works and they say server is not working come after 1 or 2 week.....and when I visit again they say server is not working today's as well ....and when I ask tell me the estimate time so I will come according to that ...they simply says we have no adea ...so go for till then....
They always procastinate their work...I haven't see any bank who deals with their customer in such a rude way ....one day I have decided to close my account here in this bank ...but then I thought because of the staff I shouldn't questioned the bank service....
