If you face any problem in this branch, just file a RBI ombudsmen complain, they will solve your problem at once.
Opening an account is he'll of hard task. They unnecessarily delay the process like they already have lot of users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff does everything except the public work. After lunch there hardly any staff left in the bank.After Lunch is officially a time of closing bank works. If they also do nothing in the first half still they will urge every public to come in the second half when no work happens. Worst experience. ubi should do a check at the bank staff to maintain their reputation. Else will be loosing customer,which also they are least bothered about. Worst customer experience.
