★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thou the staff are of mixed age group, still the staffs are technically challenged, very slow ? work culture. Worth changing the management dynamics, need to apply modern management methodology & approach of retail banking. The marketing strategies worth changing as well. Worth hiring management graduates rather then following the old traditional recruitment process via competitive examination.
