★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to United Ciigma Hospital for mother's Aortic Valve Replacement surgery. Dr. Anand Devdhar is the Best Surgeon. Mr. Perfectionist. 15 out of 10 points to him. He helps patient and family in understanding the surgery, risks and related factors. Hospital is really good in terms of cleanliness. Private rooms, bathrooms are very clean. Staff is very helping and polite. Really felt positive during the stay.

Rules regulations was quite strick but it is good for patient and relatives.

But as it's good hospital, rush is too more.
Need to manage rush in good manner, as it's covid time....
Behavior of staff as well as doctors is very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are very good and they motivate patient it helps to boost confidence and patients recover fastly. Security behavior is very rude, if we have query or concerns they directly said talk to management. Lift facility is very poor. Need to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good doctors specially we have went there for cardiac problem. Completed bypass surgery. Doctors are very expert and supportive. Suppprting staff and housekeeping is good.
Only space constraint and no place for relatives waiting. Parking is also without shed so difficult during sunny day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dad was treated at CIIGMA for a health emergency and received an EXCELLENT care. The staff and the entire care team are very passionate about patient care. He made a full recovery, was promptly shifted out of ICU and then discharged home once he was ready.
The doctors kept our family informed on all updates, tests, diagnosis. I can’t thank Dr. Rotte enough for making sure my dad recovers fully but also for the fact that he kept us in loop while we were making travel arrangements to get to my dad ASAP. We are eternally grateful for Dr. Rotte and entire staff’s help in this health crisis. We count ourselves lucky that CIIGMA is available for caring for people like my parents and making sure they stay fine.

Cons : Huge diffrance in hospital medicine prize and outside hospital medical prize.
Some nursing staff is totally useless they don't know basics how to handle patients.
