I have a benetton gift card issued from this very branch (lajpat nagar) and when i went to use it, they simply refused to accept it and asked me to go to some other branch in south ex.
Why do they sell gift cards if they dont want to honour it.

Owner of the property have very good test .Recently we visit with my family ( 11 guest and 5 room we booked..) and every one is happy about the experience .Reception people and staff was helpful ,breakfast was ok, rooms are very good based on budget category, only drawbacks i.e. little bit outskirts from main mall area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Lajpat Nagar store and it was my worst experience till date at a UCB store. We went to exchange some clothes and they said that the exchange can happen only with a product(s) of the same price. The salesman kept trying to make sure that we had to pay more money.
There was a difference of one rupee in the price of clothes we selected and the clothes we were returning and he said that they can't go ahead with the exchange. I mean, really? They are big liars. They ROBBED us of 200 rupees by saying that you will have to select other clothes as the exchange can't happen.
UCB conspired to make us pay more and literally ROBBED us. Please do not visit this store if you care for your hard earned money.
Moreover, he said that there are only 4 pieces of jeans/pants available for toddlers which I just couldn't believe since it is a UCB store for God's sake.
