★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is like a 0 out of 5, made me wait for 2 hours because they weren't able to make a successful collection. After all this the person responsible for making the collection was like " arreey dekhte pacchena na amar system cholche na"
Worst ever customer service. Nobody cares how long you sit there, nobody wants to do their job as quick as possible. And yes in the middle of work everybody was like papod khabo amd beguni khabo.. no professionalism.
