Worst health insurance ever . You can never contact them via phone , website and their mobile . Poor customer experience

Worst service ever!! There is no option to review them in minus otherwise would have loved to do that. Their executive doesn't pick up the call. They just play 'To and Fro' games on mail with the hospital. They don't do anything. Our family member is waiting to get discharge since 11:00 a.m but because of United healthcare TPA he has been held as a hostage. It's been 9:40 p.m and still we have nothing in hand. Don't ever use their service. One of the worst platforms ever!! #cheaters
