★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst organisation without any work system,zero policy frame work.It seems like lala ki dukan.Jiske mann m jo ata h vo vesa krta h.
3 types of employees are there:-
1) REC payroll 2) RECPDCL FT 3) Flexi/contract staff.
REC employee overcome to FT employees & FT employees treat flexi employees as slaves /Bandhua Majdoor. Only good thing is salary that employees get on time.Sometimes contractual staff have to compromise with that also.
Zero work culture,Zero work life balance of employees.No platform for contractual employees to raise issues,if someone try to raise voice against any senior that employee will transferred or terminated.
Majority of FT employees are corrupt & doing corruption at high level at site.Most interesting thing is all senior officers of PDCL knows the fact.
All inspecting officers are doing corruption in material inspection & taking bribe openly in inspections and that amount will be distributed among their reporting bosses.
This is what RECPDCL is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has the most unprofessional staff ever. They always hire you on contract basis and its sure that after your tenure completion, your contract will not be further renewed. Employees from its parent organisation i.e. REC walks around bossing every contractual employee. So, its that kind of culture there.
If you can adjust to people being judgy about you , go there otherwise won't recommend
