★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad service all equipments are duplicates and used products (ie :- 2nd hand products) all parts used are very poor in quality and simply they ask always to renew AMC and don't give good service and installation on time plz don't go for this company.... It's my experience in my apartment which is located in kadubesanahalli guy call siddeshwar is too bad guys and just say to pay amount.... Always

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very Bad response when it comes to any query and requirements. Mr. Siddesh the technician keeps asking for irrelevant documents even after the end of AMC. It has been 3 year after the lift is installed and we wanted to renew the AMC he says the parts will not be available if the AMC is not taken from Unity.
They never answer phone calls during the AMC tenure.
They lock the control panel with 5 digit parameter so that no other maintenance company can check for the previous errors and faults. The complete motherboard/control panel will have to be changed which is a big cost if we plan an AMC with others.

UNITY team - please do not reply back that this is a fake review like you have replied to others. Our case is very genuine.
Mr. Kashi Vishwanath the owner of Unity has assured that this will be checked and resolved.
Keeping ours fingers crossed and hoping that our problem will be closed amicably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly useless lift providers. That person Siddesh does not respond to any queries nor calls after cheque has been given for establishing new lift. They kept our money with them and did not do any work for past 6 months. UNITY better do your job properly else you will see your office shutting down sooner and also get ready to face legal action. This is a warning ⚠️ from all customers including me whom u guys are playing with. Don't even dare to think you can fool and easily play with customers.
