The person handling the company is the worst. He keeps on threatening me to pay more money or else he won’t send my items. It has been 2-3 months. I don’t know what to do.
I regret using their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another fraud company online. A guy named Pankaj Saini will connect with you and tell how they deliver packages all over India. But he is a fraud and run many companies from different names. The company name Visual Star Packers and Movers are also run by these guys and Pankaj Saini handles that. It's been three months and I am still waiting for my packages and I have paid in advance as well. So don't trust these guys. They are here to fool you. They are probably opening a new company name Daylight logistics too to do engage and fool more people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible packers and movers service. Took 3 months to deliver my items and still some of them haven't reached to me. No professionalism, no response. They just take your packages and doesn't deliver them on time and keep dodging your calls. I haven't received my packages and it's been 3 months now. Never ever I would suggest someone to go them.

NEVER GO FOR THEM !
THEY WILL CHARGE YOU LESS AT THE BEGINNING, BUT ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR STAFFS THEY BLACKMAIL YOU OF NOT SENDING YOUR ITEMS IF YOU DONT PAY EXTRA. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

- They did not provide any bubble wrap for the fragile items hence 3-4 of my items came broken
-charge is too high. Takes extra money in the name of “insurance” and also took delivery charge of 2900rs extra
-promise to take half money before delivery but in the half way threatens that if the whole amount is not paid, they will not deliver the item.
-Took them more than 35 days to deliver (that also only half items, they lost 2 of my items)
-lies that the items have been shifted, console that the items are only 2 days away where else the items are still in their warehouse. Don’t know what the do with the items.
-highly unprofessional staff, doesn’t take accountability and doesn’t receive calls.
-their website also have just one number, which directs to that one person who doesn’t take incharge of anything and constantly lies about the belongings. (Don’t forget to take the person’s aadhar card picture before paying)
Everyone is suffering because of the pandemic, its not their company alone. If they promise to deliver something they should it. Considering its a pandemic, we paid the full amount when asked. But this is definitely a way to treat it’s client.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, EVEN IF YOU DO GO FOR THEM. MAKE SURE THEY DONT PLAY THE SAME.

I have not received my parcels yet and AJAY and PANKAJ not lifting my phone again. Dont know what to do now..

Called multiple times to AJAY and Pankaj entire day , yesterday and when they picked the call , Ajay is saying ' Saman abhi tak pahucha nahi" God knows what they did with our packages.
as per him my entire stuff is in Lucknow for last 2 month. I doubt even if it has left Delhi.

Did my packages got delivered? NO
are they picking my phones ? NO
DO YOU USE THEIR SERVICES ? A big No
This is a company with which make false excuses and cannot be trusted. All the reviews written here are fake and the company is not a professional one. Registered on the name of Hazarilal and being run by Ajay who might have sold our packages as we have not received it even after 80 days.

Editing my review again.. its been 70 days since i gave my goods to deliver but have not received it yet.
I dont think they will deliver our packages now. Dont use their services
These guys are not at all professionals. They took our goods 55 days ago and have not delivered it yet.. they don't respond to our calls. They just collect goods take the money and then don't deliver it.. they might have sold my things now.. Fake Fraud and un professional company.. Ajay and Pankaj are just running this business for looting money from their customers.Dont fall in trap or use their services..
