This experience happens not single time within two years of my contract more than 4-5 times with my couple of vehicles.for my last service created big maintenance of my well maintained bike.

2. They are intrested only on taking AMC post that worst service
3. Went there to fix up breaks mirror and carborator
4.no one helped me had to literary fight out to get things done
5. They are simply enjoying monopolistic position in market
6. Meachanic next to them managed these in less than 10 mints and there staff told me to leave vehichle there for 4 hrs or else give it for service .
Shall be happiest person to see this place closed down

I am using services of Universal Honda paldi since last 8 years for my bike washing & services on regular intervals.
Morning 9.00 to 9.30 around you can give vehicle and approx 3 00 to 4.00 PM they will give it back.
Important.
- Quick Service
- Responsible Service Staff.
- Trust Worthy with respect to oil change.
- Guidance on spare change.
- Genuine Rates.
Improvement :- If their staff behaviour gets little better than there won't be any issue. (Normal staff is resounding but that care seems missing Sometimes)
