★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Its not about campus or infrastructure i am talking about. Its about the kind of service students get from IDOL. The service is very poor.
2. No one answers students queries via phone call, emails or sms. And if that is the case then don't know why they provide contact details on site. University management should look and analyze all this data from different sources and should take necessary actions. If they don't then government should look into this.
3. Staff should be professional and needs to be trained. They themselves accepts that no one answers call here and speak arrogantly.
4. University site should be much more organized with updated details, alerts and processes. Many time people get confused about what is next process or whome to ask about. If its distance education then it's not possible for people to come at university doorstep always for every single thing.
5. Everything can't be mentioned here but for people who are reading this review must take actions from their end to make it better place. Don't just become passive and helpless.
6. University should also provide escalation contacts with complaints ticket number.
I known its not a suggestion forum, but writing this so people can get ideas what are issues they gonaa face.
Note : office working time is normally 10am to 5pm. Also 2nd and 4th Saturday is off. So please consider that before visiting campus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idol(Distance Learning) Mumbai University visit only if u get an official e-mail to submit documents or to collect study material. Lunch Break is from 1 to 1.30. Mask is compulsory . Sharing autos nd BEST bus are available from Santacruz station.
