You will not feel you are interacting with typical builders. Professional in work and friendly in relation. Good and quality work without hype and exaggeration unlike so called market leaders. Reasonable pricing is added advantage to buyers. 40 houses small community with swimming pool, health club, community hall, power back-up, STP tank, Rain water harvesting, bore-well as well as Kaveri water connection with 24/7 security and CCTv vigilance are what you get in Serenity and 500Mts away Metro station is an added advantage for the people who are dreaming to own a house / flat without travel stress.
