But sharing my HORRIBLE experience with the landlord of my flat. I was living there in rent in Flat no B 205- owner name is ***MINAL SHINDE***.
Initially she asked us to stay there without any paper, later upon insisting she did the proper rental agreement.
We took her consent and installed one rented AC. Due to Covid we had to leave Pune, as per agreement we were supposed to give 30days notice but she didn’t agree on that and said notice period should start from month’s first day.
We paid for the AC in advance for 6 months covering the maintenance as well, we used it for 1 month only. So at the time of moving out, we asked her whether she would like to keep that rented AC for rest of the months or not, as due to lock down AC company was not able to pick it up and she can even use it for no extra cost. She agreed on that and we transferred the ownership of AC on her name.
We left pune and she was suppose to return the deposit at end of the month. But at the end of the month she didn’t pick up the call and also didn’t return the money. She msged saying we need to take the AC out otherwise she is not paying back the deposit amount. And now as the ownership is on her name we can’t actually do anything from our end.
Finally we managed to contact the AC company and took the AC out but still they didn't pay us the full deposit amount.
So if you are going to rent out that flat URBAN BLISS- FLAT NO 205 “BEWARE of THE LANDLORD”. You might get cheated badly.
