★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my vaccine online both time and they refused to accept online bookings and asked to come at 6am in the morning and stand in the queue with others. They don't consider online bookings. Even the gate keepers treat themselves as PM. They won't allow you to talk to their seniors or vaccination in charge. Like me dozens of people were refused and sent back. Horrible management. Police personnel standing there are sitting ducks. They bring their own people to get vaccinated on pretext of staff. No bookings...no queues. I rarely give one star rating but I hope Google had a negative star options. West Bengal health department should look into this. I called their numbers but they didn't help. On the other hand I visited CGHS salt lake. Their staffs are so well behaved, cooperative and organised
