★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A society in a remote yet not far from the city. Weather is pleasant and comfortable. Plenty of space to walk around within the society. Basic needs are available in plenty for the residents. The place is close to Singhad fort , Mulshi lake , Khadalkwasla backwaters and the National Defence Academy where on weekends and leisure days one can spend a leisurely day, evening or an weekend. A great place to relax and refresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to rent out the flat A303 don't go with it the owner will not return the security deposit at the time of vacanting the flat...flat condition is not upto the mark take pictures before finalizing the rent otherwise owner will charge each of every thing from your desposit....not recommended...also pls complain if possible

The developer has excellent imagination regarding the structure of the apartments.
Though it's located bit far than the rest, it's quite and peaceful after a whole day working.
Security cameras, parking structure everything is well planned and built.
One must choose this builder and this society who's planning to buy a dream home.
