सुखस्वप्नं सोसायटी मध्ये राहण्याचा वेगळा अनुभव होता, रिव्ह्यू लीहण्या मागचे कारण हेच की आमच्या सारखे अजून कोणी इथे फ्लॅट घेऊन स्वतःचे नुकसान करू नये. इथे राहणारे काही लोक दुसऱ्यांच्या वास्तूचे नुकसान करून वर दादागिरी करतात, असे लोक आहेत इथे आणि ह्यात जर तुम्ही भाडेकरू असाल तर तुम्हाला त्रास देतीलच, त्यात सोसायटी कमिटी मेंबर्स काही मदत करणार नाहीत!
रोज काही ना काही वादविवाद आढळून येतात, सोसायटी भाहेरून जितकं पोष वाटते आतून तितकंच गचाळ लोकांनी भरलेले आहे. बहुतेक काही लोकांना सर्व सुखसुविधा नवीन आल्याने, त्याचा गैरवापर करून नुकसान करणे त्यांच्या स्वभावात आहे मग ते सोसायटीची लिफ्ट असो वा पार्किंग मध्ये कोणाची गाडी!
बहुतेक फ्लॅट पुण्यातील बाहेरील लोकांनी इन्वेसटमेंट म्हणून घेतले असावे, बरेच फ्लॅट रिकामे असल्याने फाईव स्टार रेटिंग देणारे बहुसंख्य फ्लॅट मालक आपले फ्लॅट भाड्याने जावे यासाठी दिले असावे, म्हणून त्यांनी दिलेल्या रेटिंग वर जाऊ नये!

Living in a happy dream society was a different experience, the reason behind writing a review is that no one else like us should hurt themselves by taking a flat here. There are some people living here who are bullying others by damaging other people's property, there are people here and if you are a tenant, they will harass you, the society committee members will not help!
Every day some or the other debates are found, the society is as full of people from inside as it is from outside. Most of the people are in the habit of misusing and damaging all the comforts as it is new, whether it is the elevator of the society or someone's car in the parking lot!
Most of the flats may have been taken as investment by people from outside Pune, as most of the flats are vacant and the majority of flat owners who give five star rating may have given their flats for rent, so they should not go for the given rating!

Not good for people who are looking for property on rent, you will definitely regret you decision!
There is a lack of coordination among people. Most of the flats are unoccupied, since majority of people are local and from different backgrounds you will encounter daily loud arguments and unprofessional behaviour from some. If you are a tenant you’ll get a different treatment, you can’t participate in society meetings, you are not allowed to share your problems, your owner has to contact chairmen to inform about issues you have.
If you have a visitor, they better park their vehicle carefully or it will get visible scratches, even your vehicle is not safe as there are lot of instances of people complaining about their vehicles damaged in parking. Though it was identified on CCTV but not fixed, professionals living here will advise you to ignore certain things while others may sound like threatening.
Water is not safe here either, you may check with local doctor for more clarification!
Not recommend for professionals and people who want to invest their hard earn money to buy/rent a property!
