★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for dell laptop fabrication work. Mr. Umesh helped me to get it done in 1 day where other store had estimated 4-5 days. Overall experience was satisfactory. Only couple of points which didnt go as per expectations - 1. Didnt receive communication after work was complete 2. Had asked something twice but didnt get it till end. Rest is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tiny little place which provides you what you need. I went for a RAM upgrade for my laptop (HP - from 4GB to 12GB) which was done in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. And he helped me with suggestions on how to improve the laptop performance. Those were very useful. Will be my go to place for laptop related issues from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second visit to this Laptop repairing center. I went to the same center to repair my HP laptop as i had good experience earlier.
Exp/Prob: My laptop got and BIOS upgrade and suddenly started showing me blackscreen no display. I went to the service center the person took 1-2 hr to troubleshoot the issue i knew the issue should not be major as this happened post BIOS upgrade only. also before going i did some research on Google for the issue. But engineer told me that don't believe on internet solutions.
Person called me and told that there is some issue with the power receiving in the RAM slots (Hardware issue) and also BIOS issue. For which they have solution of re-programing BIOS and for RAM issue as well. Estimate cost 1900. I asked them to explain briefly what they would do and the issue should not come again. How did it happened suddenly etc etc. The engineer was telling me that i keep my laptop in sleep mode that's why such issues happened.
Now after almost 8hrs i went to take my laptop where he showed me that its working fine. I went home and next day in morning same issue happened again. I again went to the service center and asked him what happened and why.
Now he says me its issue with motherboard as the caps lock light is blinking 3 and 5 time so the issue is with the motherboard as the processor is not getting power. And today he is saying me to check on google for 3-5 lights blinking problem. it was really frustrating the engineer/owner took 1900 and did nothing to solve the issue. Now he is telling to pay 12k to get the new mother board.
Without wasting my time i took my laptop from him and luckily in my society found a neighbor who is also in same domain and expertise. He just cleaned and service my laptop (RAM/Processor etc) and the issue got resolved.
So In-all the center/owner/engineer was trying to fill there pocket from my issue due to pandemic impact on there business. So anyone looking for service of there laptop please take second opinion if they give you higher estimates. But personally I would suggest AVOID this center for your laptop repair

I called and the person explained me the reason of keyboard malfunction.
Went there next to to replace the keyboard in front of my eye so that the work could be completed as per my expectations, but the technician never hesitated. I was skeptical about the earlier reviews, but still given a try but I'm satisfied with the price and service.
