I purchased washing machine from here but the sample they showed in shop was different and the machine that the agency delivered is different when I contacted the person he started showing me model number by telling me i have delivered the same and machine which you saw was smaller then this & when i asked him to show the sample again which i initially saw he said we have sold the sample piece .
Machine that is dilivered to me isexact same but functions are less then the machine showed to me & warrenty is less by 2years.
I am writing this beacuse i have faced this and no shoul face it, please make sure the things you see you get delivered the same.
Money doesn't matters for trust if commient is correct. but here it looks to me that the staff only need to sell the machines any how.
This are the incident's by which people preffer online portals. If i would have purchased online I would be able return it in 10 dyas but there they say goods once sold will not returned or changed.
