★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great complex with lots of facilities for any resident. Games room, greenery, water bodies adds to the attraction. Water logging is an issue. Location is very near by pass and a lot of facilities are available in the near by area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good high rise for living... Though during the time of heavy rainfall you can stuck in flood kind of situation. Also I have noticed that the corridor and the lobby to get wet during rain and it's too risky to walk during that time coz the floors get real slippery
