★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Avidipta I as a guest. Though the apartment gets a lot of attention due to the location, but I was surprised to see the ridiculous guest parking facility. All the cars are parked bumper to bumper on a narrow stretch beside the gate, and if anyone has to take the car out, all the cars in front or back needs to be pulled out. The security guards keep ph nos of all visitors. Don’t be surprised if you suddenly get a call from the main gate asking to remove the car so that someone else can take the car out. This is the most ridiculous system I’ve ever seen in any high rise by a reputed builder. My suggestion will be to park the car outside if you are visiting the premises as a guest and don’t have a driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken Rent recently bdeom March 2021.For last 2 weeks there is scarcity of water. Whooe day one time only water coming.Also water at Avidipta have 2000 TDS of Iron.I regret taking rent here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The banquet hall is quite good and spacious. I actually visited a wedding here. Overall, I liked the atmosphere and also the entry to the complex was quite gorgeous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited a relative recently and the guards in the complex have no clue about where to ask guests to park their vehicles. The guard at the gate asked us to park at one spot and we did the same before visiting my relative. 5 minutes later, a person was sent to ask us to move our car, since "Apni doctor Babu r jaegae park korechen". When I told the guard of tower 1G that the security guard at the gate asked us to park there, he became aggressive and kept telling at us for parking in "doctor babu's" spot. The best part of this whole incident was that there was no other car waiting to park there and the guard didn't even bother to let us know about the visitor parking. The guards over here really need to learn how to speak to people, especially if they're guests.
