★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Netralayam for the first time to see my regular doctor : Dr. Souvick Banerjee. I found the Eye Care Center to be very well organized, polite & compassionate towards patients. They had a proper methodical system where your power is checked professionally by the Center
( in my case were two optometrists, who took great efforts in answering my queries ).
After the initial eye test by Nasim & Sayan, where they check your power, pressure etc, in a very sophisticated setup, i was then taken to visit Dr.Banerjee.
A brilliant doctor and humanitarian, my association with Dr. Souvick Banerjee goes back in decades. He has treated 4 generations of my family from performing severe critical cataract surgeries to correctly diagnosing internal allergies in senior citizens to maintaining my perfect 6/6 vision despite heavy computer use. Always updating himself on new drug releases globally, Dr. Banerjee is undoubtedly one of the topmost doctors in the country, when it comes to the most important assets you own - your eyes....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best in class facility and some of the most experienced doctors available at Netralayam. Both my parents have been undergoing treatment here since the last 1 year and the doctors have been very supportive and amicable, helping with all emergencies and complications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A feedback for Dr. Singh (w.r.t 10th Dec visit) - a bit more consultation time with the patient will be appreciated. Normally we come for checkup with 4-6 months time interval and if not more atleast 10 mins time can be spared. With waiting time around 1.5-2 hours post which just 3-4 mins consulting time always doesnt appear convincing.
Patient rush/busy schedule given due consideration but a patient may have her own set of apprehension/query for which looks forward to the doctor.
When its matter of eyes its basic human nature to worry and its doctor's responsibility to acknowledge the same.
But this is again patient feedback and entirely discretion of the doctor to give due relevance/importance to it or not.
