★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Medical Service possible. They care most about the package cost and insurance. They will write huge number of unnecessary tests and ask you to travel around the city to get those done.
First time I heard someone asking to give me in writing that I will bear the cost of treatment if insurance does not cover full amount. I have had multiple treatments in hospitals around india where i used medical insurance and paid the difference amount, and nobody had asked me to give that in writing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Hospital ( 2nd floor @ Peerless Hospital) on 26 Feb at approximately 12 noon. I left after around 2 hours fully satisfied. BUT.....After using the medicines prescribed by Dr Sharma & purchased from their pharmacy situated on the Ground floor, I have developed an allergic reaction. My eyes were sticky & the area around my eyes were swollen. I consulted online on the Practo Mobile app & I am undergoing treatment now. From yesterday, I have rashes on my face. I visited the pharmacy yesterday & returned the unused medicines. A Bad experience for me in the eye clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a eye retina problem of my friend and from searching from internet and reviews we are getting treatmemt from the retina specialist Dr. Sujit garai with this hospital. After our third consultation within two months it's needless to comment that we are getting the services as well as the way of treatmemt with the patient party of each and every employee and doctor is being very2 impressive.In each section all the staff are well trained and the so cooperative and overall the system of work is highly appreciative. Positively it should be highly recomended.

After my visit I must say I a highly satisfied with the staff and also Dr. Samar Sengupta is very cooperative and listens to your problems politely and then give his treatment. Highly recommended those who is searching for a good eye hospital in Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful of this clinic. They try to push you to get unnecessary tests. They are atleast 30% more expensive than other clinics which provide better service. I have heard their doctors have $$ targets to meet so their staff try their best in pushing you into unnecessary tests and surgeries even if you don't need them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited peerless branch.Except Dr Sharma I have seen no other staff sanitizing their hands in between attending the two patients. They were touching the patients eyes randomly specially who were giving eye drops to different patients.
This type to causal approach is not acceptable.
Any one thinking to visit Dr Agarwal eye clinic BEWARE....
