★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. He is a money vending machine. He was in rush for next patients/family and consistently talking with some patient with rates on phone loud speaker. Not interested to listen our problem. I went with my 3 year baby. I was expected a human doctor not a machine.

I recommend to all to visit both B.B Eye foundation, Baguihati Branch and Dr. Lav Kochgaway on requirement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Experience. Went today morning for my 2 year old daughters eye check-up. After waiting for hours we finally went to meet Dr Lav. He just gave us the prescription without even saying what the problem is, or any suggestions. As parents, we were anxious to know but the behaviour was rude and unprofessional. Not recommended at all. Just another business place.

My son developed squint suddenly when he was 2 years old. I visited dr Lav, followed his treatment advisory and now son is having perfectly good eyes at age of 4.
He is having perfect eyes now and doesn't even uses specs. He is best doctor in East India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lav Kochgaway and B B Eye Foundation has been my ideal choice for treating my mother's extremely complicated eye problems. There are several reasons for this:
1. Before visiting B B Eye Foundation more than a decade ago, we had not been getting proper resolution to her complicated eye conditions involving retina, lenses, ocular pressure, etc. Even some reputed houses were not up to the mark in this respect.
2. After reaching here, my mother received several surgical and non-surgical interventions from time to time, all of which were flawless. First time, it was a retinal surgery done by Dr Sourav Sinha and then on, it has continuously been Dr Lav Kochgaway on other aspects.
3. Despite their competence and long queues, their nice behavior was remarkable. They never failed to pay personal attention.
4. B B Eye Foundation, as a facility, also appears to be very organized and well managed. Their working through a maze of procedures for every patient is seamless and hassle free. You only need to reach there and thereafter you will be guided from the beginning to the end. Their staffs, in general, are very decent and trained.
