If you wish not to die then plz do not go there... I'm saying this being a doctor myself... The main issue is because of the staff present there... Apollo group should take serious action against those scoundrels... Anyways FIR has been done about there behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a esteemed customer of Apollo Pharmacy. This is to bring to your notice that Purba Jadavpur Apollo Pharmacy given me a wrong medicine on dated 4th January 2022 against of my whats app tagged prescription billing phone is **********with mentioning the medicines name. But they didn’t opened my prescription instead of that they are blaming me that they delivered me the medicine of my mentioned medicines. And also they are claiming that this the process to give medicine they don’t require to open the prescription. but I am asking you is this the way that you people are doing this noble job. They didn’t require to double-check the medicine or else go through the prescription.
I am frustrated ,upset.
This is my fault that I have trusted them blindly.
I required medicine every month near about 7-8 thousand. I am not going to purchase the medicine from Apollo anymore.
I know that 1customer loss does not bother you but my humble request don’t do this kind of mistake because aged and elderly people will get in trouble.
This is my humble request to higher management kindly look into this matter otherwise it can be worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order medicine via what’s up for home delivery for senior citizen and they delivered wrong Medicean after 2 days when I visit home I saw 2 medicine are wrongs and when I call apollo pharmacy Kalikapur they misbehave with me and they told me I am not responsible for it very pathetic condition . I suggest please avoid this place apollo pharmacy opposite to Purva Jadavpur in this pandemic this store playing with patient .
