Unlike other BPOs here the culture is little different, encompassing a lot of flexibility and especially it distant itself from the usual hiring and firing BPO culture. Definitely, no organization is 100% perfect, Utility Hub has it's own few flaws, but the best part is they are working to overcome them and not overlook them.
