Yes correct- Its not even a company. Its a WORKSHOP!
"The Boss" sent me to get glossary for his home - very professional to a fresher
"The Boss" sent me to the metro with all his stuff to be delivered and "the boss" was waiting outside, the police let me go that lucky day.- very professional to a fresher.
The boss called me to get to his office on 28th april, i got there 27th april, after calling "the boss" told me to join on may 5th(very professional) and when i told ok let me visit the company, "the boss" told me its not a park.
Then "the boss" called me back after 1 hr said ok come to the company while i was on my way back to Gurugram(very professional of course) when i went to Mayapuri "the boss" again directed me to Hari Nagar(my travel in Delhi traffic/summer from Gurugram to Mayapuri was ignored, because of the professionalism)
Ok after that when i got there "the boss" told me to find the place on my own that time the place was not even added in Google Maps, at around 1.30 i reached there, the first thing "the boss" said that i was late. I said sorry then when i tried to shake hands with "the boss" the boss said- i am your boss. Go turn on the fan(very professional boss).
Then "the boss" told me to pay me 8000 per month, i was placed at 11000 monthly. I think this is what the the professional companies do.
The boss then sent me to Old Delhi for some materials, i went there the address was wrong(very professional) i managed to find the place, when i asked for the material the guy said the rating was wrong(very professional boss knows his work).
First of all i was placed as a design engineer(this professional company thinks this was designing).
Even a CMM level 5 company don't maintain this kind of professionalism.
And also this "so called professional" Workshop rates itself on Google Maps.
"The boss" destroyed 6 months of my crusial time nearly put my engineering career to an end and feels proud about this(lack of education standards professionalism)
And by playing with career of young engineers by misdirecting them to void is making "the boss" proud then the WORKSHOP is doing a great job.
This event made me Depressed, demoralized for 1 year.
