★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience with them i informed them about a street dog who is severely ill at lbs road near asian paints company but they said there ambulance is not running hence u bring it to our clinic and the reception lady was very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They KILL/EUTHANISE the PETS. If you are admitting any weak or major case, next day morning they will call you saying the pet died, they euthanise the pets. No Care, pure cruelty here. Vets are also involved in this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst place for animals treatment. First time I visited with a 4 month puppy who had skin infection. The staff gave the little puppy 2 injections at a time & asked me to take him back. The puppy couldn't even survive the night & was found dead in the early morning.I even called back in the morning to have a word with the doctor who attended the puppy but they didn't even care about it. Second experience was couple of days ago when I went with a 2 year old female dog who had given birth to 7 babies. She was not having food for last 3 days so I took her to this NGO for check up. I met a lady outside the clinic who directly told me that they don't have any staff or doctors available. I requested the lady to atleast have a look at the dog but she told me to leave with the dog as she could not do anything. I really feel bad for the dogs as on both occasions we lost them because of their irresponsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place , called them here in vikhroli a year ago they said their ambulance isn't working. I have restrictions so i cannot take the animal there and they always tell you to bring the anime over there. This time a cat was badly bitten by a dog and needs urgent care and still their ambulance isnt working and they are insisting me to bring the cat there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad! A cat was injured in his leg therfore they came & give medicine & took for admit . I think doctor doesn't know gave wrong medicine & cat died in 10-15 min instead I thought I would be helping him he dead faster it's bettter to not call utkarsh . If I would have not call the cat would be alive for some more time.

First of all their doctors my puppy was ill and even though we were tensed about his health condition they made me wait for 2 hrs not even a single person looked at my puppy and they don't have professional helpers they just train any one , they appoint someone who in search of vein hurted my puppy . Even though they don't care of street puppy just for the sake of money they do everything , guys it's an NGO for the sake of humanity do good things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One the the worst places to take any animal. They will botch even simple operations like sterilization. I had gotten a stray cat admitted for sterilization, they took 3000 rs and kep him in a very small carrier for 8 days, not even cleaning it. He got pododermatitis and died while undergoing treatment. His hair was completely matted and he had been staying in the unhygienic environment for many days. They have created a money making racket, masquerading as an ngo. Just read how many pets and strays they have killed because of the inhumane conditions that they keep them in. Shameless people really.

Human being can ask for help and their needs but animals they just expect. So hats off to the People working in Utkarsh foundation. A big salute and love from me ?.
