★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst UTL Solar Products, installed it in our Temple comprises, worked only for 1 week , after that only provided very limited energy, called support staff multiple times not responsive, UTL doesn't give a damn whether you are suffering for the same or not.
Gurgoan Haryana UTL Service providers and engineers are worst of worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees are okay and helpful but there is no one to explain the process properly.
In my case, I rasied a complaint for two batteries. I raised the complain twice. There is no fixed resolution time for these guys. When I raised the complain I was told they have 3+2 years of warranty/guarantee but when the engineer came home, he said it is some other policy and the +2 in included in the 3 years. The engineer took visiting charges of Rs. 350 which was not mentioned or told to us before his visit. He didn't fix the problem nor did it help us resolve our issue. He just took the amount for visiting. He did explain the process(which can also be done on phone call)
Highly disappointed with the services, the process and the steps for resolution.
It's better to buy a product from companies like luminous.(Previous experience)
