★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get fooled by City Name.. Roads outside are Very narrow.. They will say multi modal ye wo.. But all that will take minimum 10 year..
Carpet is good..
Build quality is satisfying.
Too interior.. Access to express way is not possible before schdung or Kalamboli circle.. So no use of expressway as this seema adjacent to pune express way.
Poor mobile network coverage.
They Will give you pick up but while drop keep you waiting hours.. You can't go anywhere as no conveyance near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utsav City which spreads across 10 acres, comprises of 10 luxury buildings (Stilt + 7 storeys) with 2.5 acres of open space for luxury amenities. Construction quality is top class. Amenities are excellent. But the only problem i can see is the connectivity. Though the dealer promises to get a better coonectivity in near future but i think it will take another 5 years. Location wise its verygood .green space with no polution. Onr can have a glimps of Pune express way from the balcony but access to that is not very near. At currentbdate they are offering 2 bhk at a price of 52-56 laks and one bhk at a price of 45 lakhs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is upcoming township near Panvel, developer is good, but loading is high, if you are Property buyer, ask with the developer why he is putting high loading?
They are going to deliver many amenities but rate is not clear that how much they will charge? They are coming in to the affordable sigment but in high rates!
Positive thing is Planning and Amenities!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing site(RERA approved), just visited the site today. Roads facility are going to be improved after rain also the connectivity is good by having auto stands nearby. With all amenities at higher level the prices are still low compared to what they're providing. A must have site visit for People looking for property in Panvel
