Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun was established on 27th January 2005 by Govt. of Uttarakhand through the Uttarakhand Technical University Act 2005. Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University campus is situated at NH-72 Suddhowala, Dehradun. Dehradun is the State capital of Uttarakhand well connected through Rail, Road and Air transport.

The University has been established in an area of 8.372 hectare and it is the only affiliating University of the state for technical institutions. There are 8 Constituent and 132 affiliated colleges with 33,000 students in various courses .The University imparts education in Graduate, Post Graduate and Doctorate programmes in various disciplines like Management, Engineering, Hotel Management, Computer Application, Pharmacy etc.
The University is serving the technical education through its progress monitored each semester, part time Ph.D programme especially designed for the teachers and scientists by giving them opportunity to explore the untouched area of the research. The University in its own campus running M.Tech and M.Pharma Programme in various disciplines. Apart from this University is having 8 Constituent Colleges. I am eagerly waiting for the day when this university will collapse. I wish it to happen sooner. The examination cell and examination controller are the worst. I went up to him once and he didn't even care to listen to me. Sheer dictatorship, I would say.
A	Abhinav Panwar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went their for my provisional and the process was smooth hand to sign in register while entry and had to go to main building room no.11 and here you can get your transcript, provisional and migration certificate and form you can get from canteen area for 5 Rs and after filing form add copy of final year marksheet and 10 marksheet in case of provisonal and after getting it verified you have to pay 100rs on adjacent counter and get receipt which is submitted to room no 11 and you get the provisional in 5 minutes. And thier lunch time is from 1.30 till 2.00 pm so plan travel before of after that time frame.
