★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been going to the place for the last 42 years. Over the time the place has deteriorated. The buildings need repair. The roads and the parks are not well maintained. I wish the place all the best & all round improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uttarayan Housing Estate is a easily identified place from the main road. There are parkings alloted to the residents. There are paved ways wide enough for two cars to pass. The hygiene in this place not very appreciable. Water is available for 24 hours. Maintenance is done fast when needed. The lights in this place is very dim at night and this makes the place an unsafe place too. There is no wheelchair entrance . The security here is very weak. There are a variety of functions and competition held from time to time. There are three gates in total but one stays close all the time and one opens not everytime. The place is very calm and promises you a calm and noiseless living. There are three parks. One is children's park one is an eleven side football ground and one is a wide ground. The maintenance board is efficient and works nicely.
In conclusion its an good place to live in banhoogly area.

Location is very good for commute via public or personal transportation towards Kolkata or outside both. Inside the complex kinda relaxing there's plenty of tree shades ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a typical housing estate founded by government. Lacs the architectural beauty but open space between the buildings are abundant. Wide drive ways and enough parking space is available. Stage for cultural events is there. A children's playground is also there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience to stay here, to have a peace of mind. Lot of spaces for kids. Even my 80 years old mother enjoyed. Courteous staff. Thanks to team for helping me choosing this. I was little hesitant to choose due to pandemic but the whole staff was very helpful . Even the best food, available very shortly, I can say.overall experience was superb. Its a place for all age groups. One can have both relaxation as well as enjoy. Good rooms and view. There are many restaurant in the entire city. One can also have good relaxation time near Wet lands and there are good views across the city. Overall its a good planned society.
