★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt it was a safe station for girls even at night as there are so many passengers already on the station as ofcourse it is a city.
Security, Safety and cleanliness is greatly taken care of.
As one enter the station there is a big board where there is the direction for waiting room etc.
Also there is a a proper board of train timings at every interval.
The waiting room for women's was pretty good and safe, exactly next to it was a general waiting room which was not as clean as compared to the women's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost all facilities available at railway station. Washrooms, Cloak room, waiting rooms, IRCTC food counter(open till 10:50 pm) along with vendors, etc everything you will find it. Entrance is very well maintained with no traffic jam.

Display boards are available at every required corner making sure passengers should not face any issues.
Huge space infront of station, ease the in and out movement of vehicles and taxis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONE OF THE BESTEST AND CLEANEST RAILWAY STATION OF GUJARAT. HAVING 7 PLAT FORMS AND VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. Design of railroad station is great. Two entryway stage no 1 is front door and stage no 6 is back door. Show SYSTEM IS VERY GOOD TRAIN CONNECTIVITY IS VERY GOOD. ALL OVER GOOD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the cleanest railway stations of India. Recently renovated, the station has all modern amenities. There are two exits one from platform 1 side towards the old city and MS University. The other exit is from platform 6 that is towards the new city and Akota, Alkapuri. Restaurants, waiting rooms, retiring rooms are all available on platform 1. Toilets are available in the waiting rooms of platform 1, and a pay and use on platform 6. There is also an automated toilet on platform 2-3. Railway parking facility is on platform 1 that charges Rs. 50 for 3 hours., While there are few private parking place which charge Rs 30 for 2 hrs and Rs 75 for 12 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best stations around Gujarat. Very nice parking facilities in front and back of the station. One of the alive stations among all in Gujarat.
Food is available at the front and back sides of the station.
The central bus depot is within walking distance. City bust station is just in front. Auto/rikshaw service is also around.
