I went to exchange the goods.
I bought the gift for 240/- (crystal glass) ganesha.
As an exchange I asked another item(book) of 250/-.
His assistant asked me to pay 10/-
and he (owner) ask me to pay extra forty.
I asked why then he said the value of the product decreased so you have to pay 40 more.
...
So be careful.
