I know the person behind this mrs.Manjula Sridhar , who gives personal attention to individual patient under care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Unprofessional. The lady (Manjula) just doesn't listen to you. She argued about the diagnosis of my uncle and discarded what specialist doctors had to say. She wanted us to take her diagnosis and not the doctor's. Certainly won't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attention provided to the patients. Admitted grandma hoping for recovery but took her back in 15 days due to bad hospitality and also she came in with one problem by the time we took her back she 3 to 4 issue with her. She had a bed sore when we took her back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely will not recommend this place. The person in charge of this place promises something in the beginning and goes back on her words later on. The concept of delivering good customer experience does not exist within the DNA of this agency. Further on, when you need any replacement or any other help from the agency you have to deal with the owner’s rudeness and sense of zero-accountability. You are made to feel like a favour is being done to you and not that a service is being rendered against a monetary payment that’s made. Under no circumstances shall I recommend this place. Unprofessional, uncaring, and unnecessarily rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the service of 24/7 and paid the entire amount, they told that they will send the care taker within 3 days. Invain even after 5 days we had to remind constantly for getting caretaker. Very pathetic service, then just keep making excuses that they now have sent them or will send them by a time ....etc.....or they don't pick up the phone? The Care Taker was provided after 5 days.
My sincere request to the Trust is to speak and tell the facts to the customers, so that they don't get disgusted, as we experienced.
However, the care taker provided by them does a great service, loyally and sincerely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired an attendant for my grandmom, who was recovering from hip fracture. Very unprofessional. They are prompt in taking advance only. The attendant had a criminal background, which was totally hidden and we came to know only when she was summoned by police. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS NEXUS. they refund money by cheque only and have a big reputation of bouncy cheques.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst experience for my dad, he was discharged from Fortis hospital and we admitted to this Medicare, we bought him through car and he was in sitting position during the admission, with in 2 days he was so weak, it was seeming like no care taken. I was visiting everyday and no improvement rather he was so weak. On 5th day I get a call saying that his saturation has come down (pulse) and the said no chances you have to take him home... Ppl imagine my situation, I was shocked and so upset, I couldn't even think what step do I take further. Some how I booked ambulance and re admitted to the same hospital after a week of admission he is back to normal condition. Guys please it's my humble request to all not trust this Medicare...
