★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very badly maintained place. The basement is full of trash and hardly 4-5 cars can be parked. The mini party hall doesn't have a DG connection and this was not told to us. The rest of the premises is connected to DG. We faced a power cut for 30 mins during my sons bday celebrations and had to face embarrassment infront of our guests. The toy rides within the mini party hall were non functional and they got it repaired on the day of bday celebrations, just before the function.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service. No respect to the guests. Looks like he is the manager who asked me to get out of the lift when they came with others guests while my function was going on. They just try to use the slangs and raise the voice. Very unprofessional and don't recommend for decent crowd. Also they agree for performing homa and later they will say it is not allowed. Creates lot of problems while function goes on.

Visited on: 27th March.
Amenities that were missing:
* Water supply in the morning
* They don't provide soap and don't even tell that they don't offer soap beforehand. At 2pm, we had no other option than to just bath with water.
* Staff here have no manners to come visit the room with us and show us to operate AC. It wasn't working when we went in and they took 30 mins to even come to the room to fix it.
* They don't provide water with room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This party hall is located just 2 min walkable distance from Uttarahalli Circle. Function hall is good. Dining hall is ok. Suitable for small functions and get together parties. Parking of vehicles may be a problem. Otherwise it's a good party hall
