★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, the customer service stops the moment they get the money from the sale. While purchasing a bicycle for my toddler, they had handed over two free service coupons to be redeemed anytime within the next year. When I went back with the free service coupon to fix a puncture was first asked to produce the bill again. When I informed that I was not carrying it and I will pay for the tube anyways, the elderly man who is the staff in the store asks to leave the bicycle there and come the next day ? in order to get a puncture fixed.. This is the same guy whom while purchasing the bicycle had assembled it from scratch in front of me in less than 20 mins. Upon enquiring for the reason he informs that he will "CHECK EVERYTHING" and service for a punctured tube of a bicycle. I asked him to get it fixed it right away, since I will have to drive home and then drive back again, all to just fix a puncture and then the person started being nasty, claiming that is not his problem, if I want to get it fixed, I can get the bicycle only the next day. So finally frustrated with the whole experience took the bicycle to a store near Subramanyapura police station and got it fixed in 10 minutes.

I gave my son's Decathlon Btwin Rock Rider cycle for a wheel replacement on Sunday afternoon (7-Nov) and was told it'll be ready the next day. Today is the 11th and after multiple calls to check if the cycle was ready, it still isn't. Only once my call was returned (yesterday) saying that he is going to the shop and will call back, which never happened. Today also after multiple calls which were not responded to, I went to the shop and collected my son's still un-repaired cycle.
I understand there may be delays in procuring parts but at least answer customer phone calls and/or call them back to inform the status. I'm miffed that no attempts were made to return my calls or give my any information on the status of the repair.
Totally unprofessional... Will never visit this business again or recommend to anyone.

In other shop got the same brand and same model cycle for son with more than 25% discount compare to this shop, I saved close to 2000/- Rs.
Even I got the free accessories as well in the other shop. I feel items are very high rate here and owner is also very arrogant.
Before buying from this shop, better enquire in the other shop, I sure you will save minimum 15 to 20% with extra free accessories.
