★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attendant has no idea about cycles. They say they are a Firefox cycle dealers but have only 2 types of firefox cycle models. I asked which model one of the firefox cycle was and the attendant says he doesn't know. Pathetic experience.

1. They have almost nothing on display for adult bikes. They might have some, for kids but not sure
2. We weren’t supposed to touch anything in the store, just felt awkward being there
3. Either they don’t know or didn’t care to answer any questions we had about the bicycles

If u want to give your cycle for service make sure that problem is been explained, otherwise u end up paying 950 rs for "full service" as a name
But getting no sevice

Within 2 months the cycle has many complaints - tyre change, breakshoe replcae

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are not bad, one can buy low end bicycles worth up to 1-2k. But not worth taking risk on buying or servicing high end bicycles costing upwards of 70k since the mechanic is not technically sound. The bicycle hydraulic brakes is rocket science for him as a result I am now spending a big chunk of money to replace another hydraulic break set.
