★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved in here last few months.
Pros: its very beautiful affordable and nice place to live. Away from city traffic and pollution. Nice ventilated spacious apartments at affordable price for common people.
Cons:While we were informed this is a safe gated community and in a safe location it is not. You will always find local Village people inside, but they are fine and good people. Concern is during weekends and nights the are outsiders inside boozing and roaming around. Likewise the road to this layout when we came though looked very nice village road, got to hear about issues past 7PM, there has been many incidents of robbery and theft at knifepoint, and injuring people with steel rods etc. Injuring couple of residents in here and has increased in recent days beyond control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm place, less people . All building have own security along with Vakil township security. There is a good Grocery shops and vegetable shop, Saloon and club house.. You can check my pics , may be you feel like a resort in the city..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious apartments with a shop at the entrance for all day to day needs and superb security and particularly very silent and free from harsh noise and all I felt it is pollution free area with a equipped club house and vehicle facility for nearby bustand totally superb apartments to go for

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place, lot of green wide open space, there is no feeling of congestion once you are inside the layout. You feel peaceful inside the parks and lawns. Lot of walking spaces.
Bengaluru city drive makes you feel congested and you crave for space. So this place is a welcome break.
At the entrance, the club house is huge with lot of facilities. A salon, vegetables shop and a supermarket for grocery make it a convenient location.
Apartments are well spaced spacious & ventilated. Marketing and Sales office is at the entrance, for any queries relating to plot price, purchase, agreements etc.
Overall we love the place.
