★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT AT ALL MAINTAINED. MORE THAN HALF OF THE TREADMILLS ARE NOT WORKING. DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ONLY WANT FEES, NOT AT ALL KEEN TO GIVE YOU SERVICE. NEVER EVER GO TO VALA'S GYM. EVEN MUNICIPAL AKHADAS ARE BETTER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place and trainers are useless bundle of people who r always busy with their phones rather than training you. I knew nothing about workout so didn’t knew about pre and post workout stretching and these people didn’t even bother to teach stretching which lead to a severe back muscle spasm. Pathetic
