This company is good but not management.Worst management I have ever seen too much harassment with their employees. Bad working life.

But it depends on what you get to work in industry.
Good canteen facility.
But too much work to do.
My experience was about 1week
I hated the work they gave to me.
I'm an e&tc engineer but they gave a mechanical work.
So I left the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very safe working area and good healthy food. All staff and employee working honesty with smart work.
Contractors continuously disturb to work 16 hours duty. If not then write application. If work 16 hours continuously its 18 hours with travelling then. Employee not able to take appropriately sleep and lunch. So its very hard to keep healthy.
Its major problem from contractor side. If we are not agree with 16 hours duty then its all handle in contractors they any time ask to resign for invalid resons.

Promotion, good increament, leaves, general shift,and other benefit giving for satara person. Strongly hr and prod. Dept supporting to satara person. If you have strong reference then join only.
