Overall experience was not gud the staff is looks like they are not interested in dealing with customers, if you have any small issue with your bike or scooter then you have to visit at least 4-5 times and after that there's no surity of any solution. They didn't care about Customers satisfaction all they want is to sell the product after that customer has to suffer.

I had a very bad experience with these showroom guys. I had give my bike for service and they took whole day to return the bike. I had an issue with my Intruder-bike where it used to get completely turn-off while driving. I had mentioned this to the guy who takes the responsibility of getting the issues fixed. Although he gave my bike during the night stating it has been checked, my bike again got switched off in the middle of the road. Immediately i took a U-turn and told him the problem still exist. He asked me to leave the bike and go and he will get it replaced with a new one and send the part of the product to the company as this was a new issue. I collected my bike after 2 working days due to climate issues but they didn't even bothered to contact me and ask if i can to collect my bike early . After 2 days i collected my bike since they had replaced it with a new product. Then the next day when i was taking my bike to office, i noticed they missed a part of the body of my bike to add and they did not even bothered to check before returning the bike properly after so long wait. Now i am going to follow up with them … and the story continues...…..

Sharing Experience of Scooter service here: Whenever you are servicing the Scooter. Better you take your own engine oil. And do visit inside of were your scooter got serviced. Because the Scooter comes for first service. There engine oil are used back again by mixing the small quantity of oil which left over while filling(usually in 1L of bottle 750ml only got used). So in short you are paying for only 250ml. And your money got looted. And one more thing the price mentioned in Job card is MRP. So better you buy your own .And get it filled infornt of you only. And take back the remaining. Do questions also for what you are paying .During Service. Hope you will get better experience . Than me. one star only for posting my review. Otherwise option not get enabled.

I have given my bike to these service station today , they have done the pathetic service .after informing also Even they unable to wash and wipe the dust properly . I have done myself after reached to home. For these type of service I have paid Rs 300 change. They are very neglected mind set people . For these type of pathetic service Why shoud we give bike to this service station I can do my self better than them . This is not the first time it's happening to me, repeatedly I'm facing the same . If they can't do the service properly , they should not give any free service simply for namesake they will do service here . I have never seen such a worst service . Need to raise a complaint.

Dint like the service. I visited the showroom to buy access 125. They dint even offer a seat and dint even bother to give a quotation. They said they will give the scooty that was standing outside the showroom on footpath. The scooty had marks of mud drops. Did not buy the vehicle here

I brought Suzuki Gixer sf 250 bike from Value Suzuki showroom at Yelahanka, I had nice experience with this showroom, Rajini madam helped me to buy bike within a day. Thank you so much Rajini madam. While purchase bike I had nice experience but I let want know how these people response during service. But bike is very nice I am very happy for this bike. Thank you Suzuki for manufacturing this sf250 bike.

This review is all about after sale service from value suzuki , all the time they will add some extra cost without inspecting the vehicle , As head overhauling Clutch overhauling Rear tail bulb , they have changed 3 times continuously The staff is so busy so they even won’t address the problem after taking the vehicle, even i have addressed the same issue while i went to take my vehicle’s delivery, they never changed my scooter’s rear break pads and now they said sir rear alloy wheel needs to be replace , how a wheel’s drum can ware out before break pads. Please find some another authorised service centre Because they gave a 2200+ bill into my hand for general service of suzuki access 125 can u imagine In first photo this is there weighting room
